PURCHASE OF GOODS
All goods remain the property of waterwalls.com.au until such time as we receive payment in full for any ordered items.
RETURN OF GOODS
1 Please send an e-mail quoting your receipt number.
2 The reason for requesting return of goods. We will e mail an authorisation with return instructions. When we recieve the retuned product we will either exchange, repair, return or refund the product cost depending on our findings.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Return freight and safe transport is the customers responsibility, we also recommend that you use an insured method of shipping for your protection.
Any product that is returned damaged, either in shipping or misuse, or is not found to be faulty will either be returned to the customer (Freight costs will apply). Please pack carefully as damage or loss during return transport is your responsibility.
As we have no control over installation and use of electrical and mechanical equipment these items may be subject to return for repair only. We regret that we can not refund or exchange any electrical and mechanical goods once they have been installed , however we will be pleased to assist you with warranty and non-warranty claims.
